We currently ship all the handmade large pies (10-12 slices) on this web site to the continental United States. WE SHIP TUES.
We ship on Tuesdays to make sure your fresh baked pie does not sit in a warehouse or on a truck somewhere over a weekend. Be sure to place your order by 12:00pm EST the Sunday before you want your pie shipped. For example, if you place your order at 11:00am on a Sunday, we will ship your pie two days later on the next Tuesday. Whereas, if

Be sure to place your order by 12:00pm EST the Sunday before you want your pie shipped. For example, if you place your order at 11:00am on a Sunday, we will ship your pie two days later on the next Tuesday. Whereas, if your order is placed at 1:00pm on a Sunday, we will ship your pie nine days later on the second Tuesday after you placed your order.
Your pie will be fully baked by us, then blast frozen and vacuum sealed. When you get your pie you can just let it thaw, if it hasn't already thawed in transit, then slice into it and enjoy! We include warming instructions if you'd like to heat up your pie. You can also put your vacuum sealed pie in your freezer to enjoy later.

Our baking heritage goes back to family farms in Hungary and Germany, and a bakery in Austria.
We are located in Charlotte, North Carolina, and we bake in a commissary commercial kitchen called Carolina Commercial Kitchen.
Because we want to make sure you receive the freshest pie possible, we only ship in the United States, coast to coast, but not Alaska or Hawaii or to anywhere that involves crossing an ocean.
We use the best ingredients we can, like Kerrygold butter and rendered leaf lard from Fatworks in our pie dough. We also make vegan pies with organic coconut oil, and we always use the best fruit and non GMO flour we can. We currently ship select pies in order to increase the chances of success in the shipping process, and to keep the cost of shipping from getting too high. We cannot ship anything that needs to remain frozen at this time because of the high cost of shipping frozen food.
